Beautiful snow pictures! Thanks for sharing them. I hardly recognized your house/homestead. We have enjoyed the beautiful snow, too. John makes one mean snowman, too!

Your seedlings inspire me to get busy with my own gardening. I ordered seeds this past weekend - two new types [for me] included (broccoli and cauliflower). Thanks for sharing the pictures and words. They are encouraging!

Great minds must think alike. I made chili yesterday, too. Not in the crockpot, but a recipe I love called "White Chipotle Chicken Chili." It is fast, tastes fantastic and really hit the spot yesterday!

... but the fire is so delightful ... and because we've no place to go ... let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. At least, that's how I remember the song. Of course, my imagination makes up words when my memory of them is gone. I'm happy to see John got his treadmill and the dogs got new beds! It is so much nicer to exercise in the comfort of your home. Merry Christmas, DJ!!!

Oh, yeah. Every one your Dad touches attaches themselves to him. They actually have a baby talk language with him the same way they do with their doe momma. When he walks out to the barn there's one that pops up immediately and comes to the gate for him. She cries out when she hears his voice and can't see him. AND she looks just like Sunshine, whom he spoiled rotten. I keep reminding him, "This one is a MILK goat, not a pet!"

Debbie,
I told SHOP Sunday morning that I had planned to pick on you a bit in the message, but would have to find another illustration since you had already had triplets before our meeting time, and wouldn't be coming into town. Little did I know there were still three waiting to be born. Must have been an awesome day at BeulahLand(great pics). BTW, I still picked on you, even though you weren't there to defend yourself!
